Buyer said my listing said free shipping

Hello!  So I have a buyer that asked if I do combined shipping and I said yes!  When she bought the next item I send her a combined invoice, stating the shipping of $3.95.  The next day she says my listings said free shipping?!  I told her I don't offer free shipping and asked if she could send me a screen shot stating this.  I doubled checked my listings and none of them say free shipping.  She sent me the screen shots and there is said free shipping, although I can not see that it says that on my end.  I said "Hmmm, thanks for the pictures, I am going to send all of this to EBay to let them know there is something going on with my listings."  An hour later she sends me a new message with a new screen shot saying the shipping is $3.89.   My husband thinks that the pictures might be photo shopped???  

Any thoughts?

There is some glitch in ebay's system.....it has been this way for years. Ebay knows but they do not care to fix it or announce it to all members.

If the buyer does not pay then just wait until the  5th day of no payment and cancel as buyer did not pay.

I see shipping costs on all of your listings.

There is a glitch that comes and goes if the buyer is using the ebay app on their phone.  None of your active or sold listings show free shipping.  Let the buyer know that if s/he brings up your active listings and then check the box for free shipping, none show up.  Then change to show completed listings and then check the box for free shipping, none show up.
