Buyer's remorse - claim gold purchase is half the weight

Buyer not happy with purchase of gold bracelet. Claiming that bracelet is half the weight advertised, I'm certain weight is correct within reason. Listing clearly states weight and measurements along with 4 pix. I have a no return policy. Tried to talk to eBay - no chance of connecting with customer service. EBay is holding $$,  want's me to supply return label and make refund. ?? what to do.

If the buyer filed an INAD and you want the item back before refunding, accept the return and send them a return shipping label.

Have a great day.

Claiming the weight is less than advertised is not 'buyer's remorse', it's 'not as described' and falls under eBay's and your return policies.

Accept the return, issue a label in the return case, check it when it comes back, then refund.

If you fight it you could lose your money and the bracelet.

If you sell much jewelry like this, it's best to get a gram scale, and take photos of the jewelry piece on the scale showing the actual weight.

Buyer's remorse - claim gold purchase is half the weight

Oh yes this was "buyer's remorse". Buyer tried to return and get refund by opening a case and claiming gold weight was not as advertised. I stuck to my guns and every time (@ 4) eBay asked me to reply to claim or communicate with buyer I requested the following:

Hello, please verify gram scale accuracy with pictures*
1. start with gram scale at "0"
2. place bracelet on scale and take a picture
3. remove bracelet, scale should return to "0"
4. place a $0.25 coin (quarter) on scale to verify and take a picture
5. remove coin and scale should return to "0"
* cell phone pictures are fine, anything that is legible, you may attach pictures in your response
Thank you

Buyer never responded because gold weight of sale was accurate. It took one month but without buyer response to my request eBay resolve and closed case in my favor. My "No Returns" condition stands, buyer keeps gold bracelet and I keep 395$. Moral of the story is if you are a legitimate seller don't get nervous and shaky or let yourself be threaten and abuse by buyers using eBay policy.
