Buyer wanted to return expensive piece of jewelry even before the item arrived to him and after it was shipped. I informed him to immediately send it back for a refund. He waited 11 days to start the return at post office. He returned empty box. Bracelet was not in box. I reported it through seller hub 4 days ago. I haven’t heard from EBay on it yet. In over 20 years I have never had this happen. On top of that he left the only negative feedback I have ever had before he even received the bracelet which was mailed immediately after he purchased it. What complete rubbish! Is there something else I need to do?
