How do I get eBay to resolve an issue where the buyer requested a refund but has not returned the item. I reported the buyer to eBay and they offered the buyer another chance to return the item and I was to provide a refund by today. Under my account pages, I can not find an open item issue to ask eBay to step in again and I seem to be going in circles to help with this.
In addition, when the return was first requested (even though I don't offer returns) the buyer waited until the last day to submit shipping/tracking information. The information they posted was bogus, but eBay gave the seller a second chance. How is this right and what can I do to get eBay to release my funds that have been on hold for two months?
