Buyer requested refund

I sold an item on EBay. Seller received it and he claims that the item is not authentic. Before I listed the item, I checked on eBay’s previous sales and found the exact same item sold by three sellers in less than two months. I also provided buyer the email from grailed authentication proof. But the buyer keeps saying the item listed is fake. My profile says that I don’t accept returns so I would think that the buyer should have asked me for more details if he really wanted authentication certificate. He didn’t ask anything before and now he is going based on redit thread that this item is not authenticated. If eBay has sold many items like this before and I provided grailed authentication email then eBay should help me as a seller. This is a vintage item and redit people don’t necessarily have that experience. I want eBay to step in for help. Please share how I contact eBay. Thanks so much for listening my concerns. God bless you! Make my Christmas happy and wish the same for all of you!

Buyer requested refund

If the buyer files a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label.  ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your No Returns policy.  Your policy is only for buyer's remorse: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere.  For any of those reasons, you can decline the returns request.

Buyer requested refund

Thanks for your reply. The thing is that item is as described but he probably didn’t like it so he can’t say that so he asked for refund as item not described. I never said that the item is authenticated and I will give the certificate. My issue is that why didn’t he ask for authentication certificate before he purchased the item. As I mentioned Grailed did post my same item and said it is authentic. How else I can prove especially the item is with buyer, not with me anymore. He is just lying to get his money back. I sell on all different platforms and I have not a single complaint, everywhere 5 star reviews. Any way to contact eBay customer service? Thanks so much in advance 🙏
