Customer received wrong package using Ebay global shipping to Canada can you investigate and find his item.

Clearly shipping system messed up the order, see details below.

I contacted them to identify the label and make sure our address is on the label from U.S.

Customers comments> I received something completely different, a Bowie Derm 101???
