Is there any protection for a seller that received neutral feedback score after buyer claims a received item had damage due to insufficient packing but refuses to share pictures or proof and refuses to return item even though seller offers 30 day returns?

That Feedback cannot be removed.  It does not violate any FB Policy and it is the buyer's opinion of the transaction.
