Buyer questions in Messages: Notify me via email?

If a buyer asks me a question in Messages, do I need to log into Ebay all the time to see if there is a message? I see no way to get notified via personal email if there is a message waiting for me to answer.  Does this happen by default? to tell the truth, I am not even sure where to find the answer to this message... sorry, I am kind of new at these forums.

There is an option in your account communications preferences under Delivery Options to have your eBay messages sent to an email address.
