Good morning! Has anyone had a buyer put a hold on payment or want a refund for a purchase that they listed the wrong shipping address for? I shipped to the address she had on file and she didn’t realize she had an old address until several days after I shipped . Now she wants a refund but I no longer have the item. It has delivered to the address she had on file. I offered a refund or re ship IF it was returned to me - but it hasn’t . Any advice? Thank you ☺️

You are not responsible once the tracking shows delivered to the address provided by the buyer on her payment. Respond to the request with the tracking # and the claim will close in your favor.
