Buyer purchased item listed local pick and wants it shipped.

A buyer has purchased a item and wants it shipped but has not offered any detail or how he is goig to pay or how he wants it shipped.

There is no eBay solution to add shipping to a Local Pick up AFTER it has been purchased.  The path of least resistance, if you are willing to ship, is to message the Buyer and tell them to message you back requesting a cancellation.  You can then cancel using the reason Buyer hasn;t paid.  Then you Relist ADDING the shipping and they can purchase it WITH shipping.

You do not have to ship if you don't want to.  Local pick up only is just that.  Buyers do not dictate shipping.

The buyer has paid for this item. The problem it weight close to a 100 lb once packaged.

Buyer has paid for item but not shipping. I am trying to cancel the order and give them a refund.

 Explain to the buyer that you cannot ship the item and will cancel the transaction and refund them.  You can cancel the transaction, choosing problem with address.  This will refund them, so no need to do anything else.   You can block them here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
