I have a buyer that says they ordered by mistake and asked would I do a return. I accepted the return that was listed under ordered by mistake. It was a special offer deal. After a few days the buyer said do they have to pay for the return. So the next day they closed the return. The day after that they messaged to let me know when they were repackaging the item to send back they found a small defect and that's why they closed the return. No reason to return a defected item they said but want the refund. It was a new item. Is this common? How do you handle this
