Buyer not arranging pick up on local pick up only

I haven't heard from them for 3 days ,  and they were very anxious to have fed ex pick it up.

Local fed ex has no pick up scheduled.

Should I just refund ?

The buyers phone number will be over on the right under their address.  

If they do not respond or pick up after a week then I'd cancel the sale.     And add the buyer to your blocked buyer list:   https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
