Buyer misread listing

Sold coin that was originally part of a two coin set. Listing stated from two coin set. Pictures of one coin in listing. One NGC bar code number in listing. Buyer thought the listing was for two coins, not one.  The two coin set sells for $75 over my listing. Buyer should have seen that the listing was for one coin. I have the other coin listed. Told buyer that if he bought the 2nd coin, I would reimburse him an amount so that his total cost the two coin sets have sold for. He hasn’t responded to this. Says he wants to discuss things later today. What are my obligations since it’s his fault? Item is listed that I do not accept returns.
