Buyer lost item not recieved case, opened payment dispute with bank

I sold an item to someone back in October. A steelbook case game with a digital code. The buyer sends a pickup request, pays immediately, sends the code, requests the game code, and that I mail out the physical case. So I do. I ask to make sure the address is correct. Buyer doesn't respond for a few days. So I ship it to what he originally sent. About 7 hours later, he opens an item not recieved dispute. I had already sent the tracking number and the game code had been redeemed. Some time goes by, ebay closes the case in my favor. 

 

Well I just saw today that he opened a payment dispute with his bank, claiming he got hacked and doesn't recognize the transaction. However the dispute was open on the 4th, and I was never notified. So I was unable to respond. Ebay has all the messages between us and proof of delivery. They think it'll close in my favor, but I'm still stressing over it. Has anyone dealt with a situation like this? What should I expect? I plan to report the buyer after everything is said and done.
