Buyer keeps sending me threatening emails. How can I stop?

The buyer clams that he received an used item, whereas I sent him a brand new item, never used.  He sent me photos indicating that the item was used, but it's not the condition in which my I sent my item.

I encouraged him to return the item if he is not happy.  He does not want to return it, but instead keeps sending mails to threaten me.  He has my residential address.  I am very concerned about my safety.  What can I do?  Please help.

Go here to add the user ID to your blocked bidders list.  Then scroll down to block messages from blocked buyers.
