I have a buyer that has purchased an item after he purchase immediately canceled then I get a message from him saying if I can please send it to a different address I didn’t respond to the different address I just went ahead with the cancellation for him less than two hours later he goes ahead and buys the same item then files to cancel the order again then I get private message if I can mail it to a different address at this point I’m frustrated I told him no I’m only allowed to mail it out to whatever address is on file from the buyer I have not issued him a refund yet for the second transaction I’m going to contact eBay to see why he keeps doing this. Has anyone had any situation like this before he only has seven feedbacks.
any help would be much appreciated
