Buyer is not picking up an item he already paid for

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know what the ebay policy is on keeping an item after the buyer has paid for it?

This buyer bought a (local pick up) item from me. He paid for it almost a month ago. I have tried messaging him twice. He doesn't respond and he doesn't pick up the item.

Any idea what I can do? How long do I have to hold the item?
