Buyer hasn’t received email with qr code and has already paid. How can we get code resent?

@denmor-645  They could also receive a 6 digit code instead of a QR code.   It should be in their purchase history if not they can check for an email message, check the spam folder.  

 

If they still can't find it then print out a copy of the sales record and have them sign it that the item was picked up.  

There's not a way to "resend it" .
