Auction ended 11/26/23, buyer sent ebay message today 11/29/23 wanting to cancel (said tried to pay but unsuccessful). Should he send his cancellation request through an official ebay request or is the message to me on ebay messages enough? I don't want him to deny later that he requested cancellation. Thanks!
