A buyer bought a banded exercise machine brand new in the box. They are saying that there was “red junk” all over the box, and it seems too complicated to set up and therefore they opened a return request. If I decline the request am I at risk for a negative review? My page says I do not accept returns and I was under the intention I would have to accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or not as described. Any input is appreciated, thank you.

Since buyer is paying for the return, you may be better off accepting it, rather than risking buyer going to the payment processor and risking losing your item and you money.
