Buyer doesn’t know how to find a feedback revision request.

I am seller who has a buyer who want to accept my feedback revision request and revise her feed back.  She cannot find the revision request, she does know of it.  She doesn’t know where to look nor how to proceed. She has been unable to locate communication from eBay. She has asked for my help. I am asking for yours.
