I sold a vintage Mickey Mantle baseball Toy that would pitch balls to the batter. It had the original instructions, which are rare. I mailed the instructions with the item to the buyer. I specifically put it in a certain place in the box so I know they were shipped. The buyer is claiming they were not in the box and asking for a partial refund of $50. I checked out the buyer all he sells is vintage baseball memorabilia. He has a good ebay reputation.
I believe I am being scammed. What do I do?
