Buyer cant pay

I have a buyer that tried to purchase my item but it was lower than my lowest allowable offer. They resubmitted a offer (I don't know how many times) bit now they are being blocked from purchasing even though it meets my minimum. Whatvis happening?

There is a limit on how many offers they can make.  You can set the price that you agreed upon and have them purchase the item outright.
