Buyer blackmail ???

I am being, essentially, blackmailed, by a buyer who is claiming the baseball cards he got from me are damaged - and they were not.  I believe he is trying to swap back to me 'lesser condition' cards he bought elsewhere for a lot cheaper - for the cards he got from me.  He is trying to extort me into giving him a 50% refund to keep them, or a full refund to return the cards that I know will not be the ones I sent.  I packed the cards tremendously well (double boxed with multiple layers of bubble wrap on all 4 sides plus top and bottom, as well as packing peanuts), so unless the package got run over by a UPS truck, they did not come damaged.  I have a perfect 100% positive rating with over 20,000 transactions.  What should I do ???

The 800 number I used to call eBay on, no longer has a person you can talk to, and the chat service doesn't seem to help.

Any suggestions ???

Buyer blackmail ???

If the buyer files an Item Not as Described case, you will accept the return and pay for the return shipping.  Any phone number you find for ebay on the internet is bogus.  Since covid, ebay now calls you back because all the reps are working from home.
