Had a high bidder win only to cancel the order. After reviewing their feedback this seems to be a pattern with buyer. eBay should screen feedback and freeze bidders/buyers from bidding. Same bidder contacted me to purchase of eBay.

Just wait to cancel until the 5th day without payment.....Then you can cancel giving them a strike.
