How can I deal with a customer that asked for a return and saying my item didn't match the description? Stating I said something about the item that I didn't and when I ask the customer to send pictures or try communicating they don't respond?

If you want it returned before refunding, accept the return and provide return shipping.
The buyer doesn't have to provide you any photos or respond to messages.
