I have a buyer that purchased a pair of run Disney new balance shoes from me and she has messaged me and asked if she can return them b/c they are too small. She wants to then purchase a different pair of run Disney shoes that I am selling that are bigger. How can she initiate a return where she pays the shipping to send back to me. I have no issue with accepting the shoes back but not on my dime to return them since her return isn't because of something that I did wrong.

She would need to open a return request and use "didn't fit" as the reason. That's more of a remorse return and the Buyer pays return shipping.

Thank you, I will tell her to do that. Does it matter if my return policy is set to no returns?

If you are willing to accept the return, then you can just select accept when she opens the return.
