Buyer Wants To Return Item

So I just had a buyer request a return. She said she received the wrong item. She did not. She sent a picture of it and it is the exact same thing. Ebay is giving me no choice but to return. I chose to message the seller but it still is only giving me the option to refund. Is there anything I can do to fight this?

If you want it returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.

You could try fighting it, but you wouldn't like the results.
