A buyer has asked to return an item that he says had a misleading description. He attached pictures of the item and it's clearly not what I sold him. He's trying to switch it with an inferior product that he bought from someone else.
I told him that I would resolve the issue to his satisfaction, but I asked for additional pictures and if he is getting my item confused with another he purchased somewhere else.
So far, he hasn't responded. One other thing, he has had the item for 8 days. Seems odd that he would wait so long if he had a complaint.
Should I have him ship it back at his expense and then refund the purchase price plus shipping? I am certain beyond all doubt that he isn't being truthful.
Thank-you.
