Buyer QR code

After a pickup sale, eBay has “arrange pickup” in app as the next step and when clicked on it says scan buyers QR code. 
I know what a QR code is but have no idea where I’m supposed to find a Buyers QR code to scan to arrange pickup.

The buyer gets a QR code and a 6 digit code in his purchase confirmation email. The buyer shows you the code to scan when he picks  up his purchase.  Or you can enter the 6 digit code instead.

Oh, thank you, that makes sense now. 
They had it like it was the next step and needed to be used to arrange the pickup.

I always message the buyer and ask them to bring their phone or the code. That way they have time to locate it before getting to the pick up.
