Buyer No Return, Wants Discount - Help Please

Sold electronic as-is for parts through auction (1/6). Almost 4 weeks (2/1) after sale messages.

"Hello, good evening, I just got back from my trip. When I connected my speaker, my devices detected it as HK Onyx Studio 3, but the publication indicates HK Onyx Studio 4. I hope you can clarify the speaker issue for me, since it is not the version and model that was published."

Because no longer in possession, can't prove, answered immediately that if I unintentionally made a mistake to please return and would accept. No answer for  week, now messages (2/8) out of country.

"Hello, I am out of the country. To avoid wasting time, we can both get a discount on the purchase of the item and avoid unnecessary expenses and time. Can you confirm the discount you could give me for the equipment purchased?"

I responded, again, to please start return. How do I move forward to resolve this correctly?

Buyer No Return, Wants Discount - Help Please

@somewherethrifting,

As an ebay seller you are not required to give a partial refund unless you want to. You can reply to the buyer saying that you will only accept a full refund for the returned item. Tell the buyer to go to their purchase history click on more actions, select return item and from the menu select Item doesn't match photos or description.

Once they file the dispute you will have 3 days to send them a return shipping label. they will have 5 days to ship the item back, and once tracking shows delivered you refund their money.
