Buyer Inquiry Problem

I am a long time E-Bay seller. I currently have a semi-professional tape deck for sale. A potential buyer with a feedback of one, (although he has been registered for a while), has been asking me questions, which lead me to believe he has zero knowledge about what he may be purchasing. As a seller, how do I protect myself here.

I don't want him purchasing it then trying to return it because he doesn't know what he/she is doing. I have a 100% feedback to protect. I don't want to discourage he/she but I don't want a bad outcome either.

Feedback from others who have been in this situation is appreciated.

Re: Buyer Inquiry Problem

Hi @wiztom ,

It is advised that buyers ask all questions before bidding or buying items so the potential buyer is doing the right thing. If you don't feel comfortable with this buyer you can add them to your blocked list.
