I sold an item and shipped it 24 hours after payment. The item was lost within the USPS and the buyer asked for and i sent a full refund. The item was then delivered as shown on the item detail page but the buyer will not pay for nor return the item and they have also left negative feedback. I have been on ebay for 10 years with no negatives and now i am trapped. I have tried to call ebay service for hours to no avail. I reported the seller but received no info.
