Was just curious on how many people run into the issue with Buyers forgetting to change their shipping address when they move? I get this issue often, where the buyer buys an item, I ship it and then I get a message from them stating that they forgot to change their address. I always end up resending it back out and cover the shipping charges once the item is returned back to me, but man does it create a headache. I was thinking that maybe Ebay should consider having the buyer confirm their address upon purchase so that it would remind buyers to change their address and help eliminate this mistake. It would be both beneficial to both buyer & seller. Let me know what you think?
