This buyer leaves terrible feedback for sellers. I have not received his feedback yet, but during the Christmas rush his item I shipped Priority mail was later than expected because of the postal service. Although in the last month he has left 53 Negatives for sellers and over 130 Negs in the last 6 months. Why is it that Ebay does nothing about this buyer?
