Hello,
I am trying to put a message for my customer to know that I would be happy to work with them to resolve whatever problems or issues arise.
I want to remove the following message from all my ads.
. Have a great day. .
. Have a great day. . Have a great day.
And replace it with this message for my customers.
Please feel free to message me should any problem arise with your order. I would be more than happy to resolve whatever the issue is. Thank you for your business. Have a great day.
How do I fix this?

When using the bulk editor, you must start with the exact characters from your original listing. That means opening the description in HTML view to see what the coding looks like. Paste that original text (with whatever HTML code is included) into the "Find" window, and put your replacement in the "Replace with" window.
This is what I see in the source code, and I see the same thing three times:
. Have a great day.
Because it is three times in the listing, I would just remove it and not replace with anything because you don't want to see your replacement text three times.
Since it seems you already have "Please feel free to message me" in most listings, I would then select the 11 listings without that text, and bulk add (rather than find/replace) the message to the end of those listings.
