How can I correct shipping size box on a sold but not shipped item

When you go to print the shipping label, you can change the dimensions of the package, as well as the weight and delivery method as needed. If you have already printed the label, you can Void it here:

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

After voiding, select the Print Another Label option, and make any necessary changes before printing.
