Bought something from eBay without signing in

I bought something from eBay without signing it okay account before hand I need to return it however it keeps telling me to register an account but I can’t sue to already having one, I’ve tried signing into my account putting my order number in and won’t let me, I’ve tried to contact seller and it keeps saying failed to send can anyone help please

When you purchase as a guest, the order is unrelated to your account (which is why it is always best to sign in and purchase using your account).
