Hi, I have won 3 items from the same seller but before I bid I contacted them & asked if they did combined postage on multiple items. They said they would, so I bid on the 3 items & won them. I then waited for the seller to invoice me for the 3 items with combined postage. He never did contact me. Over the last month I contacted him on 3/4 times to ask for the invoice with the combined postage but heard nothing. The individual postage amounted to around 3 times the cost of the combined postage so I waited for the invoice which never came. I heard nothing from eBay about this until one day I tried to bid on an item & a message came up saying I have been blocked for unpaid items. I always intended to pay once I received the invoice with the combined postage, I would not have bid if the seller said he would not do this. I have bought & sold on eBay for 18 years with no problem & 100% feedback. The seller has been on eBay for 2 months & has a feedback of only 60%. EBay has had to step in twice with this seller because of problems with items. I can’t believe eBay block members without even trying to find out what caused the problems in the 1st place.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you.  The seller should have responded to your messages of asking for an Invoice for the discount for combined shipping.  I suggest you call ebay and direct them to look at your messages to the seller asking for an Invoice.  Perhaps they will help in removing the unpaid strikes.
