Hello...okay went to bid on a rare item with 15 seconds to go and was promptly told something along the lines that I couldn't bid because of a shipping restriction when it clearly stated on the auction that shipping was available to Canada.  Asked the Seller and all I got was "must be a glitch with Ebay".  What's up with that?

What was the item - "shipping restriction" could mean an export restriction of some kind.

Did the listing include direct shipping to Canada, or through Global Shipping?
