Best way to spget transactions,expenses, fees, shipping costs, etc to tax person

I started selling the end of June.  I am old and have been pretty sick and haven't set up a way to get info to tax person.  I tried the QuickbBooks deal advertised on eBay, but spent 3 days with 3 different support people who couldn't get my bank to connect.  Is a spread sheet enough, or is software needed?  Any help would be appreciated.  I ran a report in Seller Hub, but it says complete and nothing happens when I clicked download link.  Also, I haven't received my 1099 yet.  Have they all been sent?  I don't have the info where it says it should be.  I'm cery frustrated. Hard to get to Customer service on this type of question.

The 1099k will be sent by January 31.

Try starting with the financial overview here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding - the pdf gives you totals, the csv has the details. 

Have you tried looking in your downloads folder? It might be downloading quickly. What kind of computer are you using?

I have an Android phone, Android tablet, and Kindle tablet that work.  My laptop isn't upgradable to Windows 11 and isn't working.  Got new windows 11 laptop that had problems and returned it.  I have looked in download files in all devices.

When I click on the report pdf link it takes me to payouts and no report there.

Unfortunately I am not a seller and I use a desktop browser for all PDFs or any printing, so I am afraid I am not much help for anything selling-related or printing-related on a phone.

I use a laptop, rarely ever my phone unless I am out and about and a sale or message comes through. I don't know if the information you're looking for is even available from a phone, so it would be a good idea to follow @wooden_flower 's advice and ask on the apps board.

But if you get access to a computer, you can download the information from Seller Hub > Reports > Downloads. Click Download, select the Orders report, select the report type All Orders, enter the date range you want which would be Last Year. You'll receive an Excel spreadsheet with all of the information.

1099Ks will be out by 1/31. Whether you get one or not depends on how much you sold. For the sales threshold, see this link:

If you don't qualify for a 1099K, then you file your taxes without one.
