If you mean you see one transaction on your card's website, check the status of that transaction. It will almost certainly be "Pending" which is the status for pre-authorization holds that are placed when an offer requires pre-authorization of automatic payment. If the payment actually went through there will be a different transaction posted for the actual payment. The hold transaction will expire (and disappear) in a few days (not sure whether eBay or the card issuer sets the time) without ever being anything but "Pending".
