'Best Offer' Changed AGAIN?

When you try to extend a 'Best Offer' for an item, the offer states that when the offer is accepted by the seller you are instantly charged for the item and the exchange is complete. This procedure was tried and abandoned once before - WHY try again???

I can not and will NOT be making any more offers to sellers until this is adjusted to allow combined shipping with other items - or it is abandoned.  This procedure discourages buyers and in turn creates less revenue for the seller.

I would like to contact ebay and express my disappointment and frustration with changes in procedure but the only way I'm aware of is through Customer Service - which does little good, especially with the Phillipenes center where very little can be done.

Is there any way to contact the correct parties by e-mail?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You can post your option on social media as a private message   www.facebook.com/ebay  www.twitter.com/ebay

It is optional for the seller.  They are offering this again to try to cut down on the unpaid items, and the number of scam offers.
