I said there had been an error that I had previously explained to a vendor on your site and he was convinced but told me to contact you and since then I have not been able to know how I get my voice to you... Please remove the ban from my account because I did not deliberately err and I had a mistake in my account that I did not explicitly understand. I was obliged to buy an item that I did not want to buy. The seller told me there might be a hack into my account at the time and I didn't know what had happened until now.
