I purchased an item from GPM quite a few months back and the item came with no hardware like it was supposed to it was missing 9 pieces of hardware I contacted GPM as soon as I noticed this and they told me they would send it out to me when I did not receive it after several weeks I reconducted them and they asked me for my address phone number and the information because they couldn't find it in their computer about the purchase I found the purchase order I gave them the purchase order And all the information that I had about the item along with me They told me they'd send it out again on Monday when I didn't receive it again on Monday they re asked me for all of my information I gave it to him again and this went on for your 4 more times and they still have not sent out my 9 pieces of hardware I keep getting run around from the company and I would really like some help with this situation if eBay or someone can get involved I'd appreciate it thank you sincerely Kevin
