BUYER BEWARE!! Stanley starbucks pink cup

Please be aware that many postings for the Stanley Starbucks pink cup is being listed as if the buyer will receive a cup but in the description it says it's a picture!! Many people have already made purchases and are bidding for a picture!  This is highly deceptive to the point of making sure they are covered with the comment that there will be NO REFUNDS after the purchase!

BUYER BEWARE!! Stanley starbucks pink cup

This is highly deceptive to the point of making sure they are covered with the comment that there will be NO REFUNDS after the purchase!

eBay does not allow sellers to get away with selling a picture of an item in a non-picture item category.

Buyers should read the entire description of what they are buying, and avoid buying from sellers that use deceptive tactics.

Anyone can report any listings that are deceptive or that violate eBay policy directly to eBay using the "Report item" link.

If a buyer purchases an item but receives a picture instead, the buyer can file a "not as described" claim and get a refund at the seller's expense, regardless of what disclaimer the seller includes about "no refunds".
