Why does ebay not allow us to have a 30 day option on BUY IT NOW, like they use to have, without us ENDING our item after 30 days if we want? This has cut into my sales because buyers know that the item I am selling will be automatically renewed every 30 days - so they sit back and wait for a similar item to show up at a lower price. I WANT THE 30 DAY OPTION BACK. What do you think?

You can still end your listings at any time.

And individual items can still wind up being bought by another buyer at any time. And multiple quantity items can quickly sell out and become unavailable without notice, even if there are many currently listed.

So potential buyers have no real way of knowing if a particular item will be available tomorrow or in thirty days, regardless of eBay's relisting policy or a seller's relisting strategy.

And if some of those listings are from drop-shippers, those items may actually already be sold out already, and the drop-shippers may just not have noticed yet.
