Wanted to contact an assistant to help me. Damaged item delivered last night. Porcelain figure smashed. Box appeared to have been opened previously yo my receiving it. Parts of another box were inside my package. Very little tape used. Only a few newspaper pieces in bottom. Items were well wrapped but needed surrounding padding. Shipper at fault, not seller. Would it have been customs opening the boc before I got it? Only tap used to close it was “FRAGILE” tape. No heavy packing tape at all.
