Autolist Check Box?

Does anyone know where (and why) the 'autolist' check box is gone from seller listing pages??  So time consuming to have to manually relist every item that doesn't sell and desperately missing this option.

I believe the auto relist is only available in the Quick Listing Tool, and goes away at some point.

I know that ebay has Automation Rules, but since I mainly used fixed priced listings, I have no idea where that option is located.  Hopefully, another Mentor will come along with more information.
