Auto Sent Offers

Hi

Recently I have noticed some subtle changes in the send/sent offers category in the manage active listings landing page.

1. I no longer see the under the tab Send Offers -eligible (0) when there are no items in the category.  This only pops up when there is an item that is eligible... I do not like this ...I want to see that tab regardless if I have any items that are eligible

2.Under the Send Offers-Sent (7).....I'm seeing items I definitely DID not send the offers indicated.  Where is ebay getting these offers from.  FOR example, there is an offer of say $529.96 outstanding on one of my items.  I would NEVER send an offer of an odd amount.  This I see on several of my items.

3. There are items in this category that when I check, the sent offer reads expired.  So why is it still there ???

4.  I don't like the new marketing tab.  What was wrong with setting up your own promotion and choosing the exact items you want to promote?  What's up with this buyer's group ????

So very confused at odd things I'm seeing.....

For #1 and #3 send that feedback through the "comments" link in the upper right corner of the Active Listings section of Seller Hub. That's the best way to get your input to the correct team

For #2 It sounds to me like you inadvertently enabled "Automatic Best Offers". You can turn that off.

You can check it here on seller hub

2) Look at the right-hand box and **scroll down** in the right-hand box
3) Click the > to the right of Automatically send offers

6) Click "Update Offer Settings"

✓ It doesn't appear that there is a way to undo this setting in bulk. It must be undone in each listing.

Buyer Groups is for sending coupons. Maybe you want to send a coupon to all your past customers who haven't bought in 1 year or 30 days. Or maybe you want to send a coupon to your "followers" who haven't bought.

Creating a buyer group is how you do that. It isn't necessary to create a buyer group for a mark-down sale. Only if you are sending a coupon out to the buyers.
